COACH

Driven by a profound love for rhythmic gymnastics, along with her innate talent at working with children, Jessica easily found her calling as a gymnastics coach at Rhythm and Groove.

With 9 years of experience as a gymnast, and experiencing the thrill of competing in the National School Games, Jessica channels her boundless enthusiasm into mentoring students of all abilities, to nurture their potential, with a wide range of coaching techniques.

​

As a coach, safety is Jessica’s number one priority, which motivates her to learn and regularly update her extensive knowledge of first aid techniques.

• Member of the National Registry of Coaches (NROC)
