Rhythm & Groove's Developmental Programmes aim to spark passion and interest in any girl who wants to be exposed to what Rhythmic Gymnastics is all about.

 

Our programmes are designed to bring girls through the basics of Rhythmic Gymnastics with nurturing coaches of the highest caliber, and at the same time open their eyes to the wonders of the sport.
