Rhythm & Groove's Pre-Competitive Programme are girls from our Developmental Programme who exhibit great potential and skill to excel in Rhythmic Gymnastics competitions.

 

Gymnasts in these programmes are trained to excel in competitions such as Singapore Gymnastics Levels Programme, as well as give them an opportunity to let them grow as gymnasts.

 

Training will tap on the girls' hardwork and perseverence in order to allow their talents and skills to reach greater heights. They will also train to work efficiently and effectively as a team, as well as hone the skills required to execute the compulsory elements of the sport to the best of their abilities.
